Is 'Jail' A Black Show?

With an estimated 4.8 per cent of all black males in jail (highest when compared to any other ethnicity) is it safe to say MyTV 9 new show 'Jail' will be a black show?

MyTV 9 kicksoff their "Crimetime Tuesdays" with the debut of their Cops spinoff, entitled 'Jail'. Unlike Cops which brings you along as cops bust up drug dealers, prostitutes and other 'bad boys', 'Jail' will pick up where that show leaves off, giving you a glimpse of what happens after booking and the first initial hours of incarceration.

While the promo [click here] and photo still of the show feature caucasians, I am convinced it will be the black convicts that will dominate this show.

Isn't this something? Even in jail black people are the leading force in entertainment.
