Real Life 'CSI'

So it seems Gary Dourdan was found in Palm Springs at 5 a.m. in his car with a bunch of drugs.

Police reports suspects the drugs to be "cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, miscellaneous prescription drugs and paraphernalia,"

Police said he was "disoriented and possibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs."

Possibly? You think?

Dourdan plays investigator, Warrick Brown on CBS' CSI and apparently is leaving the show when his contract expires next month.

He is currently a free man after posting a $5,000 bail.

CSI airs on Thursdays at 9/8c.
