Do we black people 'run' this track & field sport or what!
Gong Xi to the fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt.
Usain Bolt is bringing back not one but two gold medals to his home country of Jamaica setting a world record of 19.30 in the 200 meters. This feat broke Michael Johnson's record set in 1996.
Usain also became the first man to snag the gold for both the 100 and 200 meter race since Carl Lewis in 1984.
"I just blew my mind and blew the world's mind," Bolt said.
At first, I have to admit he came off rather cocky which is not a rare personality amongst the greats in this sport. But after watching how he conducted himself after last night's win, I really like this guy.
My sources in Beijing have already informed me of Jamaica's win today in the men's 4x100m relay. Big-Up!
